The Ceuta Football Federation has been denounced to the Labour and Social Security Inspection for alleged irregularity in the labor situation of referees participating in territorial competitions. According to the complaint, several officials would be exercising an activity without being laborally registered. The documentation provided includes match sheets from competitions organized by the Ceuta Football Federation, specifically from the Regional Preferente League. In those acts, there are referee designations corresponding to different matches played in facilities such as José Benoliel or José Martínez 'Pirri'. The sheets record the results of the matches, the scorers and the referees designated for each match. Among the documents provided is also a bank statement with a payment of 264.60 euros linked to the Ceuta Football Federation. According to the complainant's version, this type of payment would serve to prove that there is an economic compensation for the arbitral work developed in the matches. The complaint also points out that some referees would be registered with a working day less than the one actually worked or that they would receive a proportional part of the working day 'in hand'.
